To whoever asked where you can find this, I apologize for accidentally deleting your comment. In any case, I was under the impression it should just be in the latest update, and nothing on the Steam news page hints towards it being locked in any way. I guess make sure you're up to date. Edit: and apparently you need to have Muse Plus.
I have never heard of this game before and i know none of these characters, but i absolutely adore the guy on the left and would 100% want to know more about them
Well, keep in mind this is an April Fool's chart where the characters and gameplay look entirely different from the usual! But it's in there and the developers love putting in effort adding new stuff like this every year. The character on the left is a heavily morphed version of one on the three main characters, Rin. Depending on which character you select you'll get a morphed version of said character, so that means there are ones for Buro and Marija as well (Buro's is especially silly). Oh yeah, the characters are normally girls and the artwork is usually centered about being cute or sexy. 😅
Localization has only ever gone as far as text translation in this game as far as I'm aware! But then again... The cue is just kind of a general grunt anyway.

Yup, the 3-hit & 5-hit cue is in chinese (三連 & 五連) , which means three(five)-hit combo but for short.
