This is one of many classics by the maestro Salil Chowdhury that I first heard sung in Bengali by the genius Hemanta Mukhopadhyay (Hemant Kumar) and later the other great genius Mukesh. Both are musical wonders in their own genres. Now, for three days I am scratching my head trying to figure out what took me so long to find you.
