Dog never wagged her tail because she was terrified after coming from a hoarding situation with over 150 dogs! She had never even been outside of her little room. Fostering Blossom and helping her find her new mom was one of the most impactful events of my life. I still miss her but the fact that her mom updated me and told me she is doing so good and travels around everywhere with her makes me so happy.
