  • Crumbly corks and copious fine sediment can make serving old #wines challenging. In this video our Burgundy William Kelley describes some of the methods he's found helpful for getting the most out of older bottles, opening and decanting a 1961 Château La Gaffelière. Complete with some background noise from his my seven month-old son 🤣

    OMG, I have a Durand and I have been using mine all wrong!
    Hahaha, thanks William, just sacrificed a bottle of Spain pizza Rioja for science and tried opening it your way!
    This is a MUCH better method than what I did before!
