my opinion is that we didn't need 95% of 2022 phones , 2022 is a bad year for phones, upgrades are barely noticable and some phones (redmi note 10 pro) were even downgraded , but I must admit I quite like the zenfone 9 lol

This is why Xiaomi couldn't make their software better. They just keep on producing phones then Poco / Redmi will rebrand it. They should focus more on quality of both hardware and software not on quantity.

    • @Techtablets

I bought 3x Poco M3 for 89,90€ directly from Poco/Xiaomi, 16 months ago. Its a banger phone for that price and for old people. Loud stereo speaker, dual sim + microsd, 1080p and it gets updates.
Few days ago I get a Galaxy M32 from Amazon for 99,99€. Just get one for backup if one of the M3 die.

I got it since 3 weeks. I've been on Samsung since 2012 on my last was a Samsung A8 2018. I own a 13 Pro since march. My review:
Pros👍🏿: Good to have case and a charger to start. Good/Simple design with flat side. Great battery life ( 8 hours and half on screen ), good sound and 120 Hz Amoled screen. Photos are OK in day but really average in low light condition : it's a chinese midrange phone so midrange cameras ( Samsung A53 or Pixel 6a will be better ). Performance are really good and usage is smooth between apps. Quick charge is impressive, 67W, very nice when you are late and you know you can't charge your battery during the day.
Cons 👎🏿: A lot of bloatware that i have to take time to uninstall. Also ads to uninstall or disable, which are difficult like on Mi video. Antivirus to uninstall also. MIUI 13.0.6 is the version i have ( I live in France ) and it's buggy : No possible compair with Samsung OneUi or iOS. There are some apps crash, like often TH-cam or when you want to change themes : it always freeze and bug for me.
Quick charge is impressive but smartphone is getting very hot at some point at charge, quite scary, so i don't use it everyday.
Final review: I use daily my 13 Pro and my Poco F4. Poco F4 is a good midrange smartphone, with a good SD870 performance, 120 hz Amoled screen, good battery life, and fast charging but with average cameras, bloatware and some bugs but nothing blocking.
If your priority are Cameras, don't choose it
If your priority are best Android Experience, don't choose it.
If you can accept, some minor bugs, it could be a nice choice.
