& A Two week home update on the living room and hall way.

I would push the sofa further back and have the bar cart in the other corner
The sofa does look too big for the space. I would try and sell it and get something smaller. The house looks lovely though. The rug is gorgeous.

I think a chaise end sofa would look so much better and make the room feel a lot bigger and open. You could always add an armchair/snuggler as then you have the flexibility to move it around. I also think that the rounded corner could look outdated very quickly. I'm obsessed with that rug and the coffee table books!

Love how much you have done to the house. Looks really gorgeous. I do understand what you mean about the sofa... Maybe a good idea to sell it and and get something that fits the space... another style of corner sofa would look good.

I think you should change the sofa it overwhelms the room.
Looks lovely. You could spray the legs on barstool silver chrome? Also a nicer plant by the TV. Lol I'm plant obsessed

I have a couple of fake ones from Blooming Artificial. They look really good. I also have a few real ones from IKEA x
Maybe you can use the basket under the console table for shoes

Have you thought about swapping the entire room around and putting it on the opposite wall then the dining table next to the bar flip the room and see what happens try your sofa in different directions
Kitchen chairs legs could be painted - im not sure if gold will fit at your place - many things in chrome already and try to avoid too many silvers/chrome/mirrors and add more soft things. Sofa doesnt look right because of shape and seems little too big + you lose some space and close off this area. That lamp... 🙈

Bar is from a website called ManoMano and those bottles were super cheap from Ikea, they have two sizes xxxx

I really loved this vlog have been loving your videos! Just a little friendly critisism (no hate) the music in the background was quite loud so very distracting could barely hear what you were saying :( I also have a home sense 10 mins away from me and can admit it is dangerous haha xx
