@@gemini2in1 DTA and DTTOC is not available for the second attribute on rifles. You can only get those on the third attribute. But one or the other. Whereas on Lmgs and Shotguns, you can roll both DTA and DTTOC at the same time.

The gloves and knee pads, join under 40 shd watch friends, the venders had both last week. Both were available and both had skill damage. I bought 2 each just in case. Then just reroll to skill tier. Keep an eye out on those venders.

You say you're missing 1 skill level on your knees. It's not needed there, you have +1 skill level in your specialization, and that makes all 6, and the seventh simply won't be used.

Totally agree.... If you running a skill-support build I feel like it should be a requirement for this build, even if you have a healer with the gloves and hive. It never hurts to have two people in group who can overcharge and/or reset all skills, esp revivie hives for the DPSers during Legenrdary content
@@ChadMassaker Yes agree and one thing i would say as long as you are in a chat then totally fine having two with overcharge(gloves), so communication on when using these. All depending if you know how each other plays can be a massive benefit LOL

But do agree that communication is critical if you have other skill builds in the group benefiting from the Art Hive
@@ChadMassaker I tried both and I feel Skill Haste benefits more to get your chem ammo back even faster. Skill duration, not so much as most npcs try to jump out of the cloud as soon as they are hit. Except for door gating instances where they can't really run.

However, someone else in the group could run CC to lock them in place (shock trap and/or foam)... that's the ideal to maximize cloud duration.... but at the expense of overall DPS if I had to guess. 😕
Nice build. Just fyi, this isn't "the deadliest" version in the game. I've tried this version awhile ago and ended up going in a different direction. My oxi base dmg is at 200+k at exp 18% before buffs.

Tsunami for chem refills and have a acostas on hand to hotswap for self overcharge, once its on coolfown put your tech support back on.

You do not need to put the hive down as it works when you holding it for you only but drop for others to benefit

For gloves take 10% LMG damage and play with an assault rifle there is a problem there

I run this build with a exp 26 oxy and it melts spawn points in legendary. I usually run tsunami to fully restock my oxy.

It is built around the Oxi Chem primarily. But feel free to run any weapons on it as it is still like any other skill build at base.
