the way I think of it is something threatened Raiden Baal's eternity so she was forced to intervein and by some awful coincidence Wanderer was forced to help, so now he's smirking at the fact that he's being forced to help save the very thing that Raiden threw him away for, and she no longer even knows who he is or why he's helping.

No offense of your hardwork and all but I hear only Raiden's theme like 80% of the time... perhaps it's just me :'(. Nonetheless I thoroughly enjoyed your other Genshin remix (like Wanderer's Theme) though! Was expecting to hear more of Scara's theme in the middle and the end.

If my estimation does not fail me, that’s overall 38 seconds. The beginning and the chorus (beatdrop) had Wanderer’s theme the strongest, meanwhile the rest are Raiden’s theme
