There is a column r u Domicile of Jammu and Kashmir I think u fill there No. Fill there Yes. If u already fill Yes there then check in any other Browser and Check
You have to recheck your personal profile, there is an option, "Whether you are a domicile of UT", Click on Yes there and submit then it will not show you that popup
Only Domicile of Jammu and Kashmir can Apply for those Posts. If you r also Domicile of Jammu and Kashmir there is a column 👉 Whether you are Domicile UT, Select Yes
