I'm not a cat person or an expert but the cat seems to have a rare genetic disorder called "microphthalmia" due to fetal development (deletion of Chromosome no. 14) or over-breeding. Don't worry, the cat likely doesn’t know that there is anything wrong about himself. He may have slight-blurry visions but for him, he's still lives like a normal cat. He's calm and healthy thanks to his owner who loves him dearly despite of his appearance.

I had a cat like that! He was a friendly stray I saw whenever I walked to and from school in HS. Sweet and dumb, but his eyes were very small, like the lids were under developed. My grandma ended up falling in love with him after I brought him home and kept him until he was the ripe age of 19.
The part with “green needle” and “brain storm” I kept playing back to keep doing the thing. I decided: “hey, let’s read one half of one word, and the second half of the other word then see what we get.”
I tested this theory of mine, and it amazingly worked. I combined “green needle” with “brain storm” to create the ever so amazing “brain needle”.

2:15 halibut do that too, that looks an awful lot like one..it's neat to see one part way through the eye migration, they start out like any normal fish until they get pretty long (like 8-12inches) then their eyes start to migrate to the left (but some probably go to the right) until they're both completely on one side, further beyond what you see in the video. They swim sideways (flat) instead of verical from then on out.
One side of their body is white (the side without the eyes) and the other is a dark brown pattern (like sand rocks and some coral) and they rest on the bottom until a fish comes by.
These fish get so large so fast that a keeper (the legal minimum limit to keep one) is 2ft (24", 60cm) long.
If you fish off a jetti in the bay and fish very near or on the bottom you're likely to get one, though it'll likely be small, barely a keeper if you're lucky. If you catch a smaller halibut (one with normal eyes) you'll probably think it's a seabass.

In my experience the green needle/brainstorm thing only worked the first time I did the exercise (of looking at each word in turn), after that I only heard brain storm.
