+Victor Dodon Because the players are so tired from the fast pace of the game, it gives them a few valuable seconds to catch their breath before going again.

+Victor Dodon to catch there breath and to also kill time. It's only 7MINS per half so just slowing the game down and killing time helps if you are ahead on the score board.
