My budgie who passed away a few months ago looked almost exactly like Shakira. She was a great mother. Once one of my budgies threw her chicks away and she took them in and fed them like her own. I really miss her :( She was really tame but really sassy. She would always dominate over others even when she was a baby, very bold and brave.
She lived to be 8 years old. That's pretty good for a budgie. Obviously, you cared for her well and gave her a good life. You can be proud of that. It's always so hard when they die. Her spirit is now free, hold those memories in your heart!
Strong, brave, energetic- you described her perfectly- she lived the best budgie life and had all she wanted-family, love and companionship and the knowledge that you did this and the memories and gift of her being is what these little souls bequeath

I love birds and i have a bird too, specifically a cockatiel. I love him so much and i hope he has a happy life. It seems like your bird had a really good life with you. Youre a really good owner, i hope she rests in peace 🕊️✌️, Im sorry if i didnt word this correctly im not good at writing
