@@panjisultan2651 yt has it all. check out striving for animation if u wanna know the pipeline and work flow. if u wanna get started, i highly recommend watching YenYen's stream titled "Animation: how to get started" or something like that. helped me alot. Alan Becker's video on the 12 principles too helped as well. Lastly, Howard whimshurst is another source of animation tips. All of these can be found on YT. For software, Im pretty sure this guy uses clip studio paint.
