you might have to use someone else. i tried to use enchantress against starfire and her moves went through my shield. you may want to try a character that can teleport like supergirl to get close to her. most starfires dont fight me up close they zone me out!
Block low the slide , and block high f3... Use a character without hurt box for optimal wrecking. Like Braniac and Robin...There that's all what You have to do.
That db1 38 frames start up(stardust) is bugged, for example, she does s23 db1, you do d1 with Black manta, if you dosnt hit super early you trade, you interrupt her, but the stardust still comes out. BUT if you do manta super slow f2(17 startups frames), db1 dosnt even hit you. You have to do advancing normals, because if you interrupt her a little later, the dust will come out anyways (its a bug, because you still are interrupting those startups frames, but that thing comes out anyways). Try record the IA just doing db1 and you try to interrupt that with d1, you will see that sometimes, she trade with you when her animation dosnt even start to cast that stardust.
Nicolas Reynoso not bugged, f2 is moving Manta forward making the dust whiff, that's a universal way of getting out of dust blockstrings. If you want to d1 you have to forward dash first, but I'm not sure if that works in every scenario
Kinda hard to say. She outzones him pretty clean but I feel like Superman has a really good comeback factor against her once he's in. Most Starfire mains say she wins pretty handily but I say at the highest level it could be even, especially in a FT3.

It's not a bug, they are giving you the frame data of when the move actually becomes active where it can hit.
