Please share the calculations how you estimated that doing things correctly triples your efficiency. You didn't define the baseline efficiency in the first place. I suspect you implicitly assumed that a common player doesn't participate in Arms Race and Alliance Duel completely. This is false because sometimes players actions can be aligned with Arms Race events just by accident. I also don't belive that aligning your activities with Arms Race double the rewards. You get different resources for different activities. You need to provide an explanation how you estimated the value of each reward in one common unit to be able to compute the ratio. This is a thing I'm lazy to do myself, so that would be great :)
Consider adding subtitles to TH-cam, not to your video directly. That lets your viewers turn them off.

In terms of tripling your efficiency, it is in regards to using the same resources across multiple events. I explained this in more detail in my latest video, but to summarize you are partially correct. The rewards in the arms race, and the alliance dual as well as the Warzone dual are all different. However using the cabinet buff, appropriate for each alliance dual day and synchronizing the use of said resources with the arms race event essentially allows you to use each resource three times per use. I have shown this in all of the videos where I have displayed this method. With a buff that either halves the cost or time of your upgrades in effect while participating in two separate events to earn resources, it obvious that this is the most efficient way to go about it. It does not lineup every day where the arms race event matching the current alliance dual day happens at reset.
I included a link to a Google calendar provided in the official Last War discord which accurately displays when the arms race event will line up with the corresponding alliance dual event time.

So you get a notification when an event starts. (The game itself should notify, but that's what we have...) Two versions are possible: low priority calendar, including all activities and high priority calendar, including only the periods when Arms Race has synergy with Alliance Duel. High priority calendar basically says: "No matter how busy you are, you need to open the game now".
