for me it's only OT10 (Luhan), cause he's the only one that's on good terms with the rest of EXO. Kris left without consulting the members and gave them a huge shock before their first concert. Tao also left a bad impression since he was eager to publicize his interactions with Luhan and Kris after he left EXO. Luhan follows the other EXO members, and Lay even follows him on insta.

Chanyeol is my bias but let’s be real that Tao was definitely EXO’s best rapper! The swag, the attitude, the raspiness in his voice and his aura while performing is just different. I will always admire Chanyeol, Kris and Sehun as EXO’s rappers but Tao was just different. To think that he never really wanted to leave the group makes me sad. EXO-SC couldve been STC 😭

ILY FOR SAYING THIS Tao has an aura and swag no one can compare to, Tao's rapping is something u must see in concerts, also, there is something about his dancing that makes him a main dancer for me, HE IS AN ALL ROUNDER, his vocals are also amazing! I am OT12 but everyone has their own style of dance , singing, rapping... Kris ,Chanyeol, Tao , Sehun all of them have their own styles . Despite being a rapper , Chanyeol vocals/deep voice is on next level but he didn't truly get the appreciation he deserves. Yeah Tao too is one of the best rapper but Chanyeol's rap shouldn't be taken lightly. His live vocals , rapping has always been stable .

Chinese version is fierce. I like Chen' high note, Lay's vocal is versatile and Xiumin's dancing when he is in the centre, leading the whole group moving forward during the M rapping part by Tao is fierce and goes so well with the song.

They were so young at that time. They're getting old in front of us years after and after. Our oldest is 30 and our maknae is 26 now. Chen is a father and Luhan got a girlfriend. I had passed many times as by being EXOL. I had been EXO L since their debut and now I still EXOL. I was EXO L since I'm middle student. Now I'm university student. They will be my idol forever. I miss Ot12 so much.
I envy you. I only became a kpop fan in 2016 and I know them since then but only decided to stan in 2018. I regretted not stanning them from the day I became a Kpop fan.

I wasn’t around for most of OT12 and just looking back at this song makes me wonder how even more amazing EXO would be today if all 12 were there. The three who left (Kris, Luhan, and Tao) added a lot to the group. Also Lay is the only Chinese member left and you can’t help but think he may be a bit lonely now.

Kris has always been my favorite. I have liked KRIS since the music of MAMA. Although he always has very few lyrics, I can be attracted to him every time because he is so different. Looking back at these music videos, I understand why kris is leaving, because he is not directly proportional to what he gets, his talents are not displayed, and even his health is not guaranteed, I am very happy. He can do whatever he wants now. He has more freedom now, he can have more rest time. I am proud of his success now. I also wish that EXO can get better and better here.

My own opinion: First, Popularity and achievements are from their fans. You streamed their songs multiple times, watched their mvs and buy their albums. Meanwhile, we don't care about any of that. Yes, we do care about our faves achievements and we do try to make them win by voting but not to the point that we're going to waste our time watching the same my for an hour or so. They don't force us too. They remind us that we have a life aside from them. Second, recognition is also based on popularity. My faves get recognised because of their talents. Their vocals, their sense of style, their versatile acting, their dance styles. They have a life beside shitloads of comebacks and our faves can stand alone without the help of their members. For example: EXO Baekhyun could be BYUN BAEKHYUN as a soloist, as an actor, a luxury brand ambassador. And I'm proud to say that this is what EXO taught us. We didn't have so many views in an my bcs they always remind us that we should focus on ourselves first or study first than watching their ig lives, them who always tell us to buy foods instead of alburns, and most especially having their own unique talent in their solo activities with us making us all proud as EXO-LS
I'm a new fan but I can't handle the fact that this group lost 3 amazing voices...I especially love Luhan's voice. I can't begin to imagine how the existing fans who had to go through that felt. They better pay a whole lot of attention to Lay...I think he;s amazing!

I really dislike how it always seemed like the EXO-M videos were kind of second rate. Like, the M versions never got as much hype and it seemed like they were produced..differently. It almost seems like they weren't as well done as the K versions, and I really hate that. Now I see why almost every single M member left, they really didn't seem like they were treated as well.
I kind of have to disagree with you. If you followed them since their debut, you'll notice that EXO-M was actually a lot more popular where they were promoting (in China) than EXO-K was in S. Korea. In general, EXO-M got a lot more attention than EXO-K and were doing really well up until EXO blew up with Growl. Idk, maybe the production is different (because they're appeasing to technically different audiences), but I wouldn't call it "second rate." I really wish they all had the same views but most of the Chinese MV views are from international fans (since TH-cam is blocked in China) and some Korean fans.

If you've seen the SM channel on Youku (which is one of the Chinese version of TH-cam) you would see the exact opposite, since most people who are watching those videos are Chinese, and they would want to watch the Chinese version more than the K version.

They worked hard as hell into this video, hours of practice, hours of restessness, in all they're working hard. Don't criticize their music video, and don't compare it K's. In all it's the same. This video is awesome and the song is epic!
I know they worked hard, and they deserve a lot of praise for what they have accomplished. But I don't think it's fair to say not to compare it to K's or point out any flaws. To do so disrespectfully or out of ignorance/hatred is of course wrong. But nothing is perfect, is it? Maybe Kai should have mouthed his parts (or, more likely, not been told to not worry about it). Maybe the hats were kind of...unique. Maybe (though I have noticed nothing) some of the members need to work on their dancing a bit. Nothing is perfect, and if everyone refuses to point out the flaws, nothing will ever be, and there will be no improvement. We should all recognize the work that was put into this, respect it, and praise those parts we think are beautiful. But at the same time, if we see something wrong, we should (politely and respectfully) point it out. To not do so is saying that this is as good as it is going to get, that no matter how hard they try, how much they work, they can never improve. It's saying that they are stuck. Now, is that really the truth?

Perhaps that is why I am able to read you so well, able to see that while you act like everything’s ok, your heart is not in it. You pretend that you’re happy, but still waters run deep, right? So I'm a big fan of EXO-M and EXO-K but I have a little problem. EXO-M was always my favorite but I have noticed a difference. Their members have a lot of talent but they receive less than EXO-K. For example their music videos are sometimes released later and they do not feature as much. In overdose exo-k has scenes with them in the lit up room and the room with them in suits. But exo-m's video doesn't have the same scene with them in suits. It's like they give exo-k all of the good stuff, and I believe this is very unfair. Sadly I think that these differences have led to the loss of Kris and Luhan. There isn't much we can do but just hope.
This is probably the last time we can see Kris featured in EXO's mv. I respect his decision though I'm so upset. I just hope his position will NOT be replaced by a new guy.

It is noticeably that Kris has a deep relationship with his mother who lIved in China. In addition this month in China is held to be a family month but Kris is not allowed to stay with family for long. So after the promote in China other members left for Korea but Kris didn't and it seems like SM had a serious contract and it had been all along a selfish plan so it may makes members felt they are controlled. Some says that actually Kris just want to adjust some of items in the original contact unlike Hungeung (ex-member of SuperJunior who advocated the contact). And some say that it is not Kris but Chris of some TV Variety who was dismissed but now no official announcement had been made merely from SM.
Unrelated but my family and I watched The Great Wall 3 days ago. The whole time I kept pointing “Look that’s Luhan”. My family was surprised and praised that Luhan’s character is an important one in that movie, his scenes are mostly with Matt Damon the lead male and Andy Lau as well. I’m so proud of Luhan❤️

for me it's only OT10 (Luhan), cause he's the only one that's on good terms with the rest of EXO. Kris left without consulting the members and gave them a huge shock before their first concert. I am OT12 but everyone has their own style of dance , singing, rapping... Kris ,Chanyeol, Tao , Sehun all of them have their own styles . Despite being a rapper , Chanyeol vocals/deep voice is on next level but he didn't truly get the appreciation he deserves. Yeah Tao too is one of the best rapper but Chanyeol's rap shouldn't be taken lightly. His live vocals , rapping has always been stable .

Chinese version is fierce. I like Chen' high note, Lay's vocal is versatile and Xiumin's dancing when he is in the centre, leading the whole group moving forward during the M rapping part by Tao is fierce and goes so well with the song.

I wasn’t around for most of OT12 and just looking back at this song makes me wonder how even more amazing EXO would be today if all 12 were there. The three who left (Kris, Luhan, and Tao) added a lot to the group. Also Lay is the only Chinese member left and you can’t help but think he may be a bit lonely now.

Kris has always been my favorite. I have liked KRIS since the music of MAMA. Although he always has very few lyrics, I can be attracted to him every time because he is so different. Looking back at these music videos, I understand why kris is leaving, because he is not directly proportional to what he gets, his talents are not displayed, and even his health is not guaranteed, I am very happy. He can do whatever he wants now. He has more freedom now, he can have more rest time. I am proud of his success now. I also wish that EXO can get better and better here.

My own opinion:
First, Popularity and achievements are from their fans. You streamed their songs multiple times, watched their mvs and buy their albums. Meanwhile, we don't care about any of that. Yes, we do care about our faves achievements and we do try to make them win by voting but not to the point that we're going to waste our time watching the same my for an hour or so. They don't force us too. They remind us that we have a life aside from them.
Second, recognition is also based on popularity. My faves get recognised because of their talents. Their vocals, their sense of style, their versatile acting, their dance styles. They have a life beside shitloads of comebacks and our faves can stand alone without the help of their members. For example: EXO Baekhyun could be BYUN BAEKHYUN as a soloist, as an actor, a luxury brand ambassador.
And I'm proud to say that this is what EXO taught us. We didn't have so many views in an my bcs they always remind us that we should focus on ourselves first or study first than watching their ig lives, them who always tell us to buy foods instead of alburns, and most especially having their own unique talent in their solo activities with us making us all proud as EXO-LS
I'm a new fan but I can't handle the fact that this group lost 3 amazing voices...I especially love Luhan's voice. I can't begin to imagine how the existing fans who had to go through that felt. They better pay a whole lot of attention to Lay...I think he;s amazing!

It's been 6 years and this still feels like it was released yesterday & EXO-M is still with us.
EXO-K = EXO-L = EXO-M = WEAREONEEXO.
I really dislike how it always seemed like the EXO-M videos were kind of second rate. Like, the M versions never got as much hype and it seemed like they were produced..differently. It almost seems like they weren't as well done as the K versions, and I really hate that. Now I see why almost every single M member left, they really didn't seem like they were treated as well.
I kind of have to disagree with you. If you followed them since their debut, you'll notice that EXO-M was actually a lot more popular where they were promoting (in China) than EXO-K was in S. Korea. In general, EXO-M got a lot more attention than EXO-K and were doing really well up until EXO blew up with Growl. Idk, maybe the production is different (because they're appeasing to technically different audiences), but I wouldn't call it "second rate." I really wish they all had the same views but most of the Chinese MV views are from international fans (since TH-cam is blocked in China) and some Korean fans.

They worked hard as hell into this video, hours of practice, hours of restessness, in all they're working hard. Don't criticize their music video, and don't compare it K's. In all it's the same. This video is awesome and the song is epic!
I know they worked hard, and they deserve a lot of praise for what they have accomplished. But I don't think it's fair to say not to compare it to K's or point out any flaws. To do so disrespectfully or out of ignorance/hatred is of course wrong. But nothing is perfect, is it? Maybe Kai should have mouthed his parts (or, more likely, not been told to not worry about it). Maybe the hats were kind of...unique. Maybe (though I have noticed nothing) some of the members need to work on their dancing a bit. Nothing is perfect, and if everyone refuses to point out the flaws, nothing will ever be, and there will be no improvement. We should all recognize the work that was put into this, respect it, and praise those parts we think are beautiful. But at the same time, if we see something wrong, we should (politely and respectfully) point it out. To not do so is saying that this is as good as it is going to get, that no matter how hard they try, how much they work, they can never improve. It's saying that they are stuck. Now, is that really the truth?

I understand completely, but I mean on offensive terms. I mean, is it entirely necessary to go on rants for no reason? K and M both rocked on their parts, and I feel that some people try to bring out every single mistake. Yes there is room for improvement, but what is that calling for? I agree. And sorry, I'm just getting a little sick of fans who blindly insist that their oppas are perfect in every way while ignoring who they actually are. Shouldn't have taken it out on you with my rant :/ But yeah, ranting about flaws, whether real or perceived, just to be nasty is horrible and I can't believe that people do it so often. Do they not understand the pressure these boys are under, or how hard they work? Why do they deserve the added stress of meaningless hate? I guess what I mean is that constructive criticism is what we should all aim for, so that when the next comeback arrives (probably far too soon for these boys' health, but I suppose that can't be helped) they will know what to focus on and what to tweak a bit while they are practicing. A little guidance can go a long way, and where better to get it from than the very people you are trying to sell to?
No need to be sorry. I completely see your view. I just wish SM did not work them sooo hard! They don't have to dance in every single one of their preformances, yet SM makes them. They're tired, so tired, I couldn't even watch EXO's showtime without seeing at least 2 or 3 of them with bags under their eyes. It hurts, I care about them a lot. I agree, they get so much hate, and those dang saesangs, they have so much pressure on them, all with no privacy wherever they go. It's nice to see there are still fans who look out for their boys. yes, they were underrated. i'm sorry for not liking this group back then. yes, they deserve better. we could have the 12 of them, together if only we could turn back the time and fix everything. I realize something here that Tao had the best stage presence among the M. He could be like the best duo with Kai. And Kai here, he was the best in K but i kinda feel like he "knows" his place so he didn't do something like could outrated Tao's. They completed each other, they are now and they will always do.
I think their extreme popularity is because they are not only talented but incredibly handsome. To me, the least handsome are Tao, Xiumin and Chen but my god Tao and Chen are so masculine (if you compare them to other members) and full of charisma. and Xiumin with that pink hair looks like a rockstar. So if they were in another k-pop group, the three of them will definetely be the visual!!. This only proves you CANNOT HAVE A BIAS in Exo. period.

Perhaps that is why I am able to read you so well, able to see that while you act like everything’s ok, your heart is not in it. You pretend that you’re happy, but still waters run deep, right? You follow your head and not your heart and your heart calls out to you, screaming at you its yen, but you have muffled it well for 2 years. Until now. So I'm a big fan of EXO-M and EXO-K but I have a little problem. EXO-M was always my favorite but I have noticed a difference. Their members have a lot of talent but they receive less than EXO-K. For example their music videos are sometimes released later and they do not feature as much. In overdose exo-k has scenes with them in the lit up room and the room with them in suits. But exo-m's video doesn't have the same scene with them in suits. It's like they give exo-k all of the good stuff, and I believe this is very unfair. Sadly I think that these differences have led to the loss of Kris and Luhan. There isn't much we can do but just hope.

It is noticeably that Kris has a deep relationship with his mother who lIved in China. In addition this month in China is held to be a family month but Kris is not allowed to stay with family for long. So after the promote in China other members left for Korea but Kris didn't and it seems like SM had a serious contract and it had been all along a selfish plan so it may makes members felt they are controlled. Some says that actually Kris just want to adjust some of items in the original contact unlike Hungeung (ex-member of SuperJunior who advocated the contact). And some say that it is not Kris but Chris of some TV Variety who was dismissed but now no official announcement had been made merely from SM.

Unrelated but my family and I watched The Great Wall 3 days ago. The whole time I kept pointing “Look that’s Luhan”. One of thhe things why I like Chinese verions more is that chinese members got more lines and screentime, also my baby Yixing and Sehun got centre of dance finally, in Korean versions almost always Kai is the one who is in the centre even tho they have 3 main dancers I just love when my unappreciated babies get the spotlight they deserve.
Exo-M looked great and sounded great. Xiumin and Chen have such thick Korean accent
