Our newly reimagined Werf Food Garden is at the heart of our food philosophy, supplying our Werf Restaurant and Farm Shop with the freshest, seasonal produce daily. This direct path from garden to table means no food miles.
We’ve reduced our carbon footprint and water usage, reused and repurposed materials and plants, cleared invasive species and provided 1000 cubic meters of rich, nutrient dense compost made here on the farm, giving us an abundance of healthy veg, herbs and plants.
