I love how you noticed the attitude of the woman who kept it positive while in a stressful environment. It takes a lot of work and effort to work in customer service and it’s nice to see someone acknowledge someone’s positive mood and behaviour. Always ask the person working in customer service how they are. Even if they automatically ask you something like “what can I get for you?”. It makes a huge difference to be acknowledged as a person first and not an employee. :)
I used to work fast food and I hated when ppl asked how I was bc I was always stressed and depressed and I had to lie and say I was great and ask how they were and it stressed me out more bc it took more time and they are always timing employees in fast food
Hahaha..... they seem to actually get along though, like in real life and not just for video content. Pretty sure their friendship came 1st and the natural progression was to do videos together. They have other siblings too, but Lucas and Jacob seem really close, and I think they've mentioned before how they're good friends and not just siblings. But I'm sure they fight as well, just like any normal siblings.
