Charlie Rosen's Broadway Big Band features a host of Broadway talent as guest vocalists, and puts both modern and classic showtunes on display, sung by the best and brightest of Broadway's young generation of leading performers, in the timeless tradition of Big Band. A full sized Jazz orchestra composed of 17 musicians play Rosen's re-imagined arrangements of an eclectic mix of tunes from Broadway's past, present, and beyond.

Wonderful! I kind of wish that more shows had overtures.
Jazz and Broadway had a baby!
I've seen about 20 productions now (west end included) and the overture has always been a fail. This is the only one that sounds right since the original. It's got that wonderful youthful aggression. It's a yes from me.

Fantastic! What a treat to come upon. Merrily is my dearest favorite 'failed' musical, insert underrated liberally.
Hurray, complex stuff but the band sure earn their money on gigs like this.
