BTW, !!@@ SOFT SPOILER FOR WANDERERS by Chuck Wendig@@!!......as surprising as the ending was, even worse than the horrifying implications of it all, I thought the story aimed to say things had gone far passed a point of no return, humanity was in deep trouble either way...at that point, even bad news could be good news.
