Just discovered your channel while looking for videos on Switzerland to while away the days until this year's trip to my favorite getaway (and what I now think of as my adopted) country. I try to visit every year---this year it will be twice. :) You've chosen some great spots to visit so far for a good overview. I hope you'll have a chance to go back one day and linger awhile. It's good to get an overview visit, it's heavenly to be able to linger and soak up the ambiance of scenery, architecture, village life, and hikes. Thanks for sharing!

Thank you and I completely agree! This was a great overview, but gosh… I could have easily spent days more in every single place I visited this trip. One of my favorite things to do on longer, less busy vacations, is go grocery shopping and get to know the local markets. It helps me settle into a place and really feel the vibe of the immediate community. That’ll be my plan for the next trip to Switzerland! ;)

@@akfasso I agree. Grocery stores are a great way to get a feel for the area. Also the cheapest way to eat in Switzerland ;)
