      To all the men out there who are obsessing over physical appearance... please stop. God made you perfect and anything you want to improve is fine within reason and with healthy cadence. Don’t go all imbalanced and ignore your inner work just bc u want a 6 pack. Me personally, I like my man with some extra soft meat (not overweight/obese...but comfortable), I don’t want him suffering. It hurts to see and feel. Be good to your body and put your dedication to the internal, to your relationship with God. Jesus loves you. He is the realest n “manliest” man of all time. Choose peace, love, and being incredibly bad ass through your strength to not give into the nonsense. God bless. Much love❤️❤️

Went to the doctor last week, and I now weigh 183..just 2% above my ideal weight, according to the BMI! I cannot thank you enough Chris, you're a humble dude and a great inspiration!!     Hi Everybody, i'm 56 years old and i'm following Chris'workout for about 6 months and the results are impressive, i'm fit, i'm in good shape and i'm motivated for more now, on another note, i have been a trail runner for years and lately i've had a few injuries, well, i'm feeling strong now and i've tested myself and now i know that i can take on the challenges to come, Chris if it's possible, then try to schedule diffusing your exercises by region , like the American zone including Hawai, caribean islands, cuba, then all of Europe on another day, then African region, the east ...this would be the first time that someone would be training the whole world, it would be ...." CH time "for the whole world, in all the gyms in the world they would want to be affiliated so as not to loose their members, so wherever in the world there's a gym or just a screen with internet connection you could train people to get better and of course if you have the know-how you can devise a special program for all those like me who have are above 50, this is the biggest market share in the world for you.

    Honestly after doing your 30 minute complete an workout for like 2 or three weeks consecutively, this was kind of easy but them jackknifes did fuck me up I won’t lie 😂

    Using kitchen counter for dips and hanging on wardrobe for pull ups, "there are no excuses" line by chris is changing me day by day and i can feel it... thanx alot man
