ここのお店に行ったのですが、トイレに行く途中にキッチンを見ることが出来るのですが、何一つ作ってません
コンロもなかったです
とてもビックリしました
洗い場ぐらいしかなくて、ほんとにビックリしました

I am really curious about where did the duck meat go as they only serve the skin?

if you order Pekin duck in any authentic Pekin duck restaurant it will come in 3 servings : skin to go with rolls, meat to be stir fried with some veggies and duck rack can be either deep fried or serve in soup/porridge.
