I only speak from my personal experience.. But I also have a lot of friends and a lot of people since I started my youtube page. That have given me a lot of information.. And I also read everything and I watch videos On everything you couldn't even imagine Basically I don't sleep at night so what ends up happening is? I. Watch? And read things and just absorb as much information as I can.. Though I just try to pass on my knowledge about for cars echoes maintenance.
The Toyota Camry hybrid is an awesome car and that was one of the ones I was considering. But being that it is a five year old design it looks very dated I just couldn't see spending 40 grand for a top in a line model that looks like the same the 2018 Is model.
I've been very torn between this and a Kia Stinger Gt-line to keep costs about the same.. Didn't know they had so many issues. Thanks for pointing that out. Stinger is a sick looking car and even the lesser engine in the Gt-line has solid power, but maybe an Accord is the way to go. Not sure I love the look compared to the previous generation though... but it is growing on me.
Hyundai old cars (like mine) are golden. Hyundai Accent 2 LC 2005, natural aspirated engine, SOHC, atkinson, 4 inline, 1341cc, manual. If I am to make the great change, would surely go for a modern ACCORD from Honda. These cars have so much good reputation and many ppl using them are so pleased. Though Honda vs. Toyota is Expensive vs. Cheaper. But the engine of a Honda natural aspired engine worth every dollar spent. At least, you wount conceive when you'd travelled already 200.000 miles... and it runs buttery smooth.
Not a review, but a rant about other vehicles while we stare at the engine LOL. It’s okay though, I have the (timeless) meteorite gray Touring and as pleased as can be. Enjoy your new Honda
Bro! I have the 2023 Canyon River Blue Accord Touring and I want it for the long run but I’m scared for when it something does go wrong that no mechanic is gonna be able to know how to repair it. But the car right now is freaking good
The electric motors require no maintenance. This set up is actually way better than a regular car for at home maintenance. I'm buying mine. On paper should last 500k miles with no mayor issues, other than regular engine maintenance, fluids and battery replacements, brakes, tires.
Let us know how those hwy miles turn out if you make the trip. I'm definitely getting a touring. Currently using a '14 civic with 80k as my commuter and I look forward to the upgrade. I never had any issues with the car except for a ripped air intake ducting. Easy fix.
I like this engine. It isn't too small. I'm betting this'll last a long time, a good 200k And the eCVT will last the same. I'll eventually get one of these Accords, maybe used with less than 20k on it. I'll know next year after the '24 camry comes out. Thanks for the video
I have a 2024 Accord Touring (2023 Canyon River Blue). Yeah, the hood release confused me too. I kept looking for right under the hood. Otherwise, I love this car.
It's pretty good.. It took a while to find the right setting. But it's a lot better than what comes in the lower models.. I test drove a 23 sport hybrid And the radio was poop. I was not impressed so I went up a couple thousand dollars in price got the bigger screen the better bose stereo heated and cold seats Heads up display. Wireless pad charger in the middle of the console and that sweet google assistant And them awesome nineteen inch wheels
2:20 seconds in and I’m pissed. I’ve test driven it. Blasted the 8 speaker and the 12 speaker Bose….. $40K for the highest trim and there’s no hydraulics to hold the hood up? Japan startin to piss me off.
"did zero to 60, results are pretty good" He can't even say that normally because he knows the 1.5t and the 2.0t of the last gen did better. Dude spent 40k on an accord when the TLX is available for the same price, the Lexus ES is available at the same price...pathetic.
Yeah, but none of those cars get 50 plus miles per gallon. And the vehicle having a 060 time of 6.7-7.0 seconds. Is more than enough.. If I wanted something faster, I wouldn't bought something. This car does everything beautifully.
Me Myself; I was raised hard-core Chevy/GMC.. I had my 70's Monte carlos, & 80's Camaros . Not to be UnAmerican, but Moneys tight. I've changed , i stand with the Winners. Toyota, And Honda . My Ford trucks have been Die hard reliable. ..They haven't cost me a single penny other than maintenance. And I use them for my business and they make me 200,000 dollars a year And just if you're wondering. That's what winning is
The problems I find with the 2023 Honda Accord: 1. No All Wheel Drive is available 2. No heated steering Wheel is available 3. No spare tire is available 4. No XM Radio. If a 2023 or 2024 car missing all of these features is fine for you, then get one. Hopefully, by the time 2025 comes around these deficiencies will be resolved. The two most important deficiencies are the lack of All Wheel Drive and the Spare Tire. There is a convoluted workaround to get EM Radio and a heated steering wheel may seem silly if you live in Florida. If you are from the North, it is important.
That's a matter of opinion and I don't think so.. They have sold a 150,000 So far of this model of accord. And counting. So obviously a lot of people like it.. And my opinion is the 2008 was the ugliest and worst accord to date..
Thanks for your honesty, Mike. It is refreshing, and there are a lot of haters out there who gripe about everything.

I love how pissed this guy is 😂. ‘23 Honda Accord Hybrids have e-CVTs, they rarely have issues just due to the nature of how it works.
295k on my ‘13 Accord w/ CVT and still rolling.
If you got it, flaunt it!
My wife drives it not really me
Honda Accord is spacious front and rear and good for picking up people at airports and hotels.
Thanks for the vid good meatball hauler I’m considering one myself
It been a amazing car so far.. and we are averaging 44mpg ofr the last 10,000 miles
Mate you made the right choice with that car.
Great review, thank you. No one has ever mentioned how far you can drive in pure EV mode can you elaborate please
Nice car, house and property. Liked the commentary 👍🏽
Really, really happy for you! It is my dream car!
I mean it's a pretty sweet car.. For the money there is nothing better..
Nice ride! Well done!
Hey you’ve made some great points and review. What is your opinion on the Toyota Camry Hybrid?
The Toyota Camry hybrid is an awesome car and that was one of the ones I was considering. But being that it is a five year old design it looks very dated I just couldn't see spending 40 grand for a top in a line model that looks like the same the 2018 Is model.
Nice bro. I ought to make a video of my Honda accord touring

You're just Google Kia stinger engine problem... And you will see that a lot of them have been failing..

Yeah I love all of the colors.. I'm really pleased with the white.. And I kinda went off on a rent

Nice! I want one . Accord EX-L trim
They're nice they just have less options

Yeah I think it's going to be a very reliable set up..
what kind of mpg are you averaging? and is it in eco or normal mode?
So we mostly run the car in eco mode.. And in short trips were averaging about 50 miles per gallon I will have a video up soon of some highway mileage
@@Adventureswithmike1 When it comes to highway driving how quiet is the cabin?
@@destroyerofsimps6574 It is whisper quiet no road noise. At all.. It is a lot better. Then the previous generation accord
Are you thinking about getting the HPD wheels for yours?
Yeah.. I was thinking about it for winter tires ..

th-cam.com/users/shortskDB1YD9ZmkE?feature=share check out this video this is the mpg I'm getting..
Amazing car. I settled for the EX-L since the smaller rims get better MPG. The Touring is amazing, but couldn't justify paying $5K more.
Well I think that's why they offer so many different trim levels as you could find something that has exactly what you want..
@@Adventureswithmike1 I agree. Wish the BOSE sound system wasn't only on the Touring trims cause that was the only thing missing that I wanted.
Picking up my 2024 touring tomorrow in red
Hi Mike. Do you know how to put built in google maps into night/dark mode? Mine won’t turn dark even at night and it drives me crazy
That's something I haven't played around with..

It is a very amazing car...
I’m liking this Honda with the HPD wheels in the blue or white like your Wife’s Accord. I’m also looking to get the Scout EV SUV when it comes out.
Nice...I've always love honda
NIce one. Highway mpg is not the Honda Accord hybrid strongpoint.. but love my 2018 in town...
You are correct it gets higher mileage in city use..
How’s the Bose stereo?
It's pretty good.. It took a while to find the right setting. But it's a lot better than what comes in the lower models.. I test drove a 23 sport hybrid And the radio was poop. Totally enjoyed the review. That car is too big for me. But super comfortable.
It is a big car but my wife did want a small size Sedan..
Wowwwwwwwwww ❤
Just bought and saw 577 miles range on a full tank, so 480 miles np 😀
We've actually seen closer to about six hundred miles per tank full
Looks mazda 3
Looks excellent in white. I hope they make a better aftermarket front bumper of some sort . Those little chrome shits on the sides of it look dumb

My old two thousand fourteen accord didn't have that either . But that's not a deal breaker for me
My cousin has a top of the line stinger and theres lots of plastic squeaking while driving. Sounds bad imo. I'm sticking with honda or toyota.
Don't like the sit on the floor passenger seat. No height adjustment! Uncomfortable
I can fix it. I'll take your money.
2023 honda accord touring hybrid owner gripe/review 🤣
