Yes they provide safety jackets and a life saver mans are always their to protect people. So it is safe and so many people visiting there with no swimming knowledge. But yes it is recommended that if you dont know swimming dont do into deeper water and take suggestions form life saver people around you that which area of the falls are suitable for you as you dont know swimming
