Düsseldorf is a lovely city in the western part of Germany, North Rhine-Westphalia region. This walking tour was filmed on a hot day in August 2022 and shows all major city attractions during summer, like the Königsallee Shopping Boulevard, Rhine Embankment Promenade, Altstadt, KÖ-Bogen II, Immermannstraße (Little Tokyo) and the Main Station. Düsseldorf is a regional hub for banking, advertising, fashion, shopping and Japanese culture. The city also offers quite a bit of cultural variety, shopping and leisure options and an amazing nightlife throughout the week. Most visitors to Germany are still only opting to explore the bigger and well-known cities like Hamburg, Munich, Berlin and Cologne. But this beautiful and fascinating city is more than deserving of attention. Düsseldorf also houses the largest Japanese community in Germany and one of the largest in Europe. Many locals, business people, manga fans, otakus and food lovers from all over the world come together here to enjoy many cultural events like the annual Japan Tag, Japanische Filmtage (Japanese Film Festival) or delicious Japanese dishes.
