It is a beautiful version! This hymn reminds me when I was a kid, and with my parents I went to the Eucharistic procession... I can't explain my feelings better, but I love this hymn and this melody so much.
So beautiful. I unfortunately made it to the age of 16 before ever hearing this. Grew up in a parish that never had Benediction.
Apparently I'm not the only railfan that loves this!
Then your pastors and especially your bishop failed in their ministries! Some day, they will be requited to answer before GOD for this!!!
Glorious hymn! I taught myself to play the pipe organ as a child.I play by ear and even though I am not Catholic I love this hymn!
Same here for the most part, but I can read notes and can do pedals and such.
I also love the Lutheran chorales
