Awesome! Enjoyed listening to Bob and his practical insightful applications of how to grow in love and be love in our everyday interactions with people. :) When we stop placing conditions on our love, we are free to love ourselves and others and reflect the true nature of God which Jesus taught is unconditional in nature at Mathew 5:43-48 and John 15:9,12,13. Jesus said in Mathew 5:45 that loving others in this way is the evidence of true son-ship with the Father who is the source of perfect love. In John 15 Jesus teaches us that if we abide in His love we will bear the fruit of that love. We will then live in the truth of God's unconditional love and become the living reality of that love through which we can conquer the evil in our world and within ourselves. We will be the answer to the pain and suffering in our world instead of being part of the problem. 1John 4:16 says when we come to know the love God has for us in Christ Jesus, then we will be able to become the love that He is. Verse 17 goes on to say that "as He is, so are we in this world. and verse 19 says "we love, because He first loved us." I would like to share my blog with you on God's love at: www.handofgrace.com.
