    15:16 Answer for the last question will be silty gravel (GM) since, out of 70% coarser particle, 40% are greater than 4.75mm. Also, *Ip* below A-line is considered as Silty soil or organic soil (not clayey).

      If 40% is greater than 4.75 mm then it should be Sand. Option (b)

    Sir,Q1-Option (a) is totally wrong that you marked tick,because our soil is sand and not gravel because of more %age of sand. Moreover, you haven't talked about coefficient of uniformity.
    The correct option is (c) Gravelly-Silty-Sand with Cu>60.
    First find cumulative %weight retained on 4.75mm and 0.075mm sieve, and then corresponding %fineness, with the help of which D60 and D10 can be calculated whose ratio (D60/D10) will give you Cu that comes greater than 60(i.e, 63.33)
