It is extremely difficult to make a reservation @ Pokémon Café, but don't give up, if it's full right at 6pm (Japan time), try again after 20 minutes, some spots might open up. Or, you can try to stand by for an open table.

Sorry for the late reply. I reserved it on their website (@ 6pm sharp Japan time, 31 days ahead). We tried it for 7 days, and finally got it.
