    My previous, part time job was similar to this. Though teaching was my passion, I worked even on Sundays without salaries. I didn't want to disappoint the children studying in the Institute since their exams were approaching. Finally, after their exams I left my job without getting my salary. Such inhuman people, run Institutes putting Children's life at risk.

    World college of gurgaon doesnt pay salary to lecturers and professors on time and when some one asks for it, they say wo dekho usne phd ki hai maine use 3 mahine se salary nahi di aur tumhe salary chahiye.. the director/owner is from IIT and speaks such language .. this is how private college runs.

      What u can expect from iitians they think they are God and other are peasants. We had one our college and she made sure the students die in campus and harsed students in there hostel room for complaining about them to parents when parents reached they denied to open the gate and entertain them and told to get out from the campus later on student was harassed and told he would be suspended and will be mentioned in some case. Later on when parents made complaint to district collector college got some movement and the campus was sealed for 15 days. This was on COVID as whole campus was infected and campus was denied the same as they thought it would hurt there reputation. TAPMI COLLEGE NEAR MANGALORE. go make complaint to district collector or magistrate if police denies to register the case against the director. And please let people know who is he and let internet do it's work.

    I recently joined in a start up company ,at the time of joining the employer told big big philosophical dialogue,even in the first month,he did not pay salary .The other salary of the employees was also pending,who joned few month back

    Each hearing with a lawyer costs 10k to 20k. True. So while it was nice to see those two people show up their former employer, in most cases the exploiter gets off free and the aggrieved employee has simply no recourse to justice. The problem is that you have to pay for justice.
    Vesuvius Group is a world leader in refractories and in 2000 they sent me on an L1 B visa to the USA accompanied by my 6 year old daughter and my wife. For more than two years while I lived and worked in the USA, I was paid an Indian salary that was one sixth of an equivalent US salary and was below the minimum wage of each state that I worked in. Even an appeal to their Chairman, was met with the explanation that it was the policy of the WAVE team at that time. Justice? It is hard to come by when even companies like Vesuvius with their grand slogans like "An investor in people", do not pay appropriate salaries, forcing people who had worked with them for eleven years, to resign rather than work in an unethical company.

    This exact thing happended to my girlfriend...they didnt get paid 2 months salary...the pvt company ia gone now and still they didnt get there salary....its so sad to see this things happening in our pvt sector.

    This problem happened when I worked in vistos global when that sadistic manager didn't pay my salary and used some other complain to not give..they were cunning as no document was there to do any legal action

    That's why I m against joining pvt companies. They have such draconian policies. If ur finances allow study for govt job or sharpen ur skill and start ur business. Indian pvt companies except few are thugs

    i did not feel right about this. In some videos you show that the employee will understand the greed and mistake of the rude person and work with the company to mitigate the losses made by the person. And that last smile by that women was not at all showing ethics. Do you think a smile on your face, when something bad happens to a person makes sense. The deal was off due to a reason that does not matter with your company, Knowing that the products were made and it even makes the greedy guy face more debt . I don't see any difference between the two financial heads. may be a part 2 for this video is expected which will rectify the wrong behaviours. One More thing in corporate how many of you think that a decision in business is related with emotions. Only the last message is what i feel positive about and i will try to follow.
