Mine also leaks sometimes and it's so annoying!! don't understand why... but I think the menstrual cup is usually just two sizes, for women who have given birth and those who haven't! But yeah, highly recommend getting those undies, I love 'em!!!!

You could take Nux Vomica (globules) against the nausea that comes with the migraine. Five globules about 3 to 4 times should do.
