The lion share of Indian demography consist of OBC ( Other Backward Community ) people. Ignorance and myths prevailing in the society prevents many of them from acquiring a NON CREAMY LAYER CERTIFICATE which i essential to get the benefits of RESERVATION. According to govt norms, based on self-attested statement of the employee's income, Creamy Layer status of an abroad working employee can be determined.
But this is not mentioned anywhere in the concerned order. Therefore the signatories used to take their discretionary powers here.

സാലറി income എന്ന വിഭാഗത്തിൽ വരില്ല.... അല്ലാതെ income ആയാലും തുടർച്ചയായ 3 വർഷം 8 ലക്ഷത്തിൽ മുകളിൽ ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കണം എന്നാണ് നിയമം. അങ്ങനെ അല്ലാതെ താങ്കൾക്ക് nlc നിഷേധിച്ചാൽ തീർച്ചയായും higher authority യെ സമീപിക്കാം. കൂട്ടത്തിൽ ഞാൻ വീഡിയോ ചുവടെ കൊടുത്ത ലിങ്ക് നിന്നും സർക്കാർ പുറത്തിറക്കിയ handbook ഉം കരുതുക. ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥർ എതിർക്കുമ്പോൾ സർക്കാർ രേഖകൾ വെച്ചു താങ്കൾക്ക് അപ്പോൾ അവരെ ബോധ്യപ്പെടുത്തുവാൻ സാധിക്കും....
