alternatively, you can put these 2 lines in your "auto exec": alias bhop "+jump;-jump" bind mwheelup bhop It functions the same without having to bind "auto exec" to mwheel, you're just using an alias instead. :)
not being able to bhop was one of the reasons why I stopped playing CS2. THIS WORKED FOR ME!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!! idk if its 100% back to CSGO but it's way better than the subtick bullshit
i made an auto exec, i put "+jump;-jump", and it never loads into my console. its like anything i type into the console never works but i see it work for people all the time, why is this happening? Edit: even when i bind mwheeldown to exec autoexec.cfg it just doesnt let me jump. Edit 2: apparently in a newer cs2 update they dont allow configs to do more than 1 thing or smt like that, so i think "+jump;-jump" is 2 things and doesnt work anymore
This helped me out for months brother thank you. But with this new cs2 update messing with auto binds, I went into a game and my mwheel down was unbinded. Played around and I’m pretty sure they are not allowing the autoexec for this anymore. Can you please confirm.
It doesn't make sense, but in practice it works, in CS:GO it was very difficult to get the jumps right on a local server, this tip for CS2 has a higher number of hits the jump right on a local server than in the past, I haven't tested it in a normal match yet, but if it makes as close as before Then the fun will begin... 😈
the yt guy tripp made a video about de sub ticked binds and he has a cfg called jump.cfg that is literally just the plus minus jump like your auto exec but his auto exec also uses de subbed alias binds for movement. but i think if you just do his jump.cfg it should work and it will say executing jump.cfg
i had the same issue and i fix it, i used to have my autoexec in "csgo/cfg" but insted you had to have it in "game/csgo/cfg" and its insane how easy to bhop is 💀. ty ruby for making this video :)
yes, ir works, improves my bhop by a ton, put this ones: alias +jump_ "+jump;+jump" alias -jump_ "-jump;-jump;-jump" one by one, and then put your bind: bind "space" "+jump_"; bind "mwheeldown" "+jump_"; bind "mwheelup" "+jump_"; bind "alt" "+jump"; i use second bind (wheeldown) bcs is what i use, and is the "easiest" .
@@lenheim i dont know about commands man, i just copy what it works to me, i have an autoexec, that i execute and i have instant easy bhop in the game. if you guys want it i have it
@@diztinger while you're right that there is still a fixed tickrate in CS2, you're wrong that it "doesn't mean shit." A subtick can register an event between ticks and the server will calculate events back in time on the next tick. So it's virtually as if there is no tickrate, while it still has to update clients with the "truth" on each tick.

same for me bro, the console says, "'jump' can't follow 'jump' in the same input binding. Ignoring input."
@@beppisboi4163 yeah they patched this in a recent update so it won’t work anymore sadly
you just helped me a lot.
tks, my iwnl gang bro

im bad 177 hours but i wanna learn very fascinated by source engine and how it works bhop/surf/rocket jump/everything lol
it indeed works. its more consistent

You're just like beerus bruhh teach me how to do a god ki 🥶
Doesn't work, you end up with this error

I see the difference but It lot easier for me to auto exec and also put sv_jump to 0 maybe im not good don't know
Sv is server command so doesn’t work in online games
Oh I see thank you xD
wtf this new valve update lol
this patched? should i still try?
It still works
Im subbing I wish I fond this out sooner.
What is exec auto exec
when i type bind mwheeldown "exec autoexec" in the console it doesnt do anything for me
same bruh
do you have the cfg file from a fresh document, and have +jump;-jump
I don't even have autoexec on my pc and I didi the same thing as u😭
I have to exec it everytime right
not if it’s autoexec lol
where is your CFG?
i think its just a cfg with +jump; -jump
if i used method exec autoexec will i get banned for this ?
no
Is this bannable?
is it bannable??
cause this looks alot like bhop scripting
Is this loss?
can u do this in a real match
Yes
already get fix
No it didnt
how do you make a cfg file?
rename a text file from .txt to .cfg
can u get banned for that?
No cfg is bannable in cs
is or isnt@@rubyiwnl

It does

Only animations are 64 tick. Everything else including shooting is subtick. Maybe do some research before commenting some stupid shit.
