  • A fun job Rolling Operations just tackled! We got to use the new Jenkins 60' mower and the Jenkins Grapple Bucket to clear out railroad ties, brush mow, take down thorn bushes and even some small trees! All in a matter of a few hours!

    I think that's the right size mower for you for now not much work and can keep a eye on what you already did looks good the next mower you was talking about let them know about the small brush you cut down 😊 34:12 😊

    Diamond mowers are killer! Im taking down 8inch diameter material with ease! Running a 333g skiddy. Great combo!

    Many more jobs like this one and you’ll need a big John Deere tractor and a batwing bush hog. Nice work.

    Did the attachments come with the kubota? I've done several jobs like this and renting a bobcat every time is definitely cutting into the profits. Would love to see a review of the kubota like you did for the trailer.

  • @Valkyrie1911
    @Valkyrie1911 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Do you rent the machine out or simply go do the work yourself and charge that way? I've seen people do both, wondering what the experiences are knowing how people tend to treat equipment that isn't theirs.

    • @rollingops
      @rollingops  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I do both. Made a video about renting my skid, you have to accept people will beat on it if you want to do well in that business

      @@rollingops Yeah I suppose that's right. I'll check that video out. Appreciate all the info, I'm just starting out in my side business, going to start with a dump trailer and hopefully have enough business with the one to cover the cost of a second come spring (being in the south we don't have quite the winter slowdown that the north/midwest does). Maybe by summer I'll be running some equipment as well. Love the videos, tons of great info.

    Is there a lot of demand for the brush cutter from customers?

    • @rollingops
      @rollingops  ปีที่แล้ว

      Not a whole lot, but it nearly pays for itself when combined with a few junk removal /property cleanup jobs. Usually, it's a mismanaged house or field that needs picked up and cleared, allowing you to charge quite a bit.

    Must be nice to live in a place with open space. Even better to have a fancy machine and new attachments to get it done. My old Bobcat and homemade hydraulic brush cutter were also very effective but without an enclosed cab things could get difficult especially if you hit a hornet's nest. You didn't have to encounter scrap metal or rocks in the weeds either.

      That is the worst case of the, “poor me” I’ve seen in a long time. Instead of showing your petty jealousy, why don’t you be happy for someone’s accomplishments. You don’t have to watch many of his videos to know he works his ass off. If you want what he’s got then man up and go earn it for yourself. God knows he’s given you the playbook to go make your own success. Stop being an immature little boy and go get it yourself.
