我煮的豬腳，首先將腳用火燒到豬腳變焦黑之後拿去洗淨，再用姜葱酒用水煮的腳二分鈡倒出再洗，這时候的豬腳已経再沒有臭味，起鑊炒姜放片糖炒至糖溶解至倒入豬腳落去炒，炒到豬腳全部沾滿糖，這時倒入一湯碗醋落去煮一個半小時或1小時即達成。
