Awesome content Matt as always. What's your recommendation on competitive niches if that's your actual background? I would like to stay in my own lane but its a pretty competitive niche.

Go for it. You'll never grow if you don't challenge yourself.

Hi Matt! Great video! It's very helpful, thank you! I have a question on the last part of the video. You say that if I look at the links a website has and compare it to how much money it's made, I'll have an idea of how much I'll need to invest to create my own site in the same niche. I'm not actually understanding what that means...can you expand please?

      1) Learn what consitutes perfect SEO standards in the realms of content, links, and technical SEO.
      2) Constantly audit your site to make sure it meets those standards.

Hey Matt in last December Google core algorithm update percantange of information artical should be greater than or equal to buying keywords. I want to know should we optimize the information artical too? Or it's not necessary?

Optimize anything that has the chance to pull traffic.

Hey Matt, would you say the strategy of broad and then niche down within the content also could apply to local lead gen sites in any way? For instance, I have a portfolio of EMD LG properties in various home service contractor niches. Maybe a site for a specific city for home improvement with content pages specifically for different services (like deck builders, fence company, etc.)? Thanks!

Hello Matt and thank you very much for your helpful video
Is it ok if I go for a niche with medium search volume, evergreen content niche with medium competition, and low PPC from Google adsense? I like that niche very much...but I would like to make a good amount of income...
