My uncle was a prisoner of war in WWII,
On his return he brought back several swords, used by
The men that guarded and use them on the prisoners.
They were stolen as he re-entered the US by someone in the hospital where he
Was recovering his health.
I have wondered for many years what does one do with swords stolen from a hero of mine?
Swords that were used to kill and hurt the prisoners.
Yet my uncle never spoke evil against the guards or the ones that stole from him.
Just lived a life of a ordinary man!my hero.
