    Nice tutorial. You really do a good job highlighting the useful features.

    Great stuff, Lisa! I've recently watched a lot of your videos on CRM and love how you demonstrate the most important features in the most time efficient manner. Look forward to your upcoming content! One aspect I'd love to understand is how to set up the initial CRM software configuration (let's say if a company decides to change their CRM software, or if a company acquires another one and wishes to get their CRMs integrated. how is the data migration handled, what's the best way to unify sales process flows, and any other key considerations). Let me know if you already have some relevant content on this. Again, amazing work and look forward to more 😀

      Thanks so much. This is the only video I've done so far on Dynamics 365 Sales configuration, which covers the basic concepts as a starting point. th-cam.com/video/CrlxnlxVjJM/w-d-xo.html - generally organisations that need a lot of configuration or merging CRM systems including data migration would engage a consultant or partner

    Great Tutorial. I don't see the Excel export or import or powerBI dropdowns in my top bar. How are these added in please?

      Those are out of the box, if you can't see them you may have them restricted by your administrator - talk to them about your permissions

    Hi Lisa, great tutorial! I have a small business and I have a sales team with a sales manager. How can myself and my sales mamager see reports on the team, and on individual salesmen? We can only seem to see dashboards for our individual accounts o general/global company data but not finding the teams and reports on their individual work. Where can we see this? Thank you very much in advance

      Every record in the system (accounts, opportunities etc) has an owner, so you can filter views and reports by that owner column. Every view has "visualise in Power BI" on the toolbar, so that's worth exploring too. Otherwise you can build your own charts and dashboards that show things like - open opportunities by owner.

    Great Video! :) At @5:19 you show the stream view, where all your tasks/appointments etc. are displayed. Can you customize the preview for this? In your case, the subject, contact person and date are currently displayed. Unfortunately, I can't find the option where I can customize this view when I edit my solution in PowerApps.

      It's called a "Card Form", you'll find it in the Forms section of your table. Here's the documentation learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/maker/model-driven-apps/create-card-forms

    Hi Lisa, if I am using Dynamics 365 to manage multiple cases, would it be possible to produce a report on the timeline that said something like: 'Show me all of the engagements with Company X across all cases'?

    • @LisaCrosbie
      @LisaCrosbie  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      If the cases are connected to the company as the customer then yes I’d first have a look at the new copilot timeline summary to see how close that gets you.

    Hi Lisa, We want to build reports on single work order in model driven powerapps for field service. We have tried adding but it was not opening on mobile as it is not supported by Microsoft yet. Can you pls guide us through this?
