No unfortunately I did not have the PC cable and since I have moved on to a Suunto D4i Novo. I will say that it was a great computer and I recommend it to all my scuba students who are looking on purchasing their own gear.
thanks for this tutorial. i'm about to change my cressi leonardo dive computer battery and i wasn't sure on how to do it. so does this mean i need not put lubricant on the o-ring everytime i change the battery?
I do not know how the Cressi computers go in terms of battery changes. I know my Suunto D4i that I have requires a new o-ring and lubricant every time I change the battery on it
Thanks! Off topic; I'm a advanced open water diver, yet, I want to buy a new computer. Is this something you'd recommend even for a advanced - purely recreational - diver?
Patrick Teunissen I highly recommend checking out Suunto's lineup. I owned a D4i for roughly a year and I absolutely loved it. Lots of nice features, to include the option for air integration, on a sleek wrist watch that you can wear as an everyday timepiece. Suunto's PC software is awesome too!
Exactly what I needed. Didn't think it'd be too bad to change this battery, but always nice to watch someone else do things first if you aren't sure.
Nice. Looks simple. However, we can't get that cover to "turn". Fear stripping that "notch", now. Any tips?
Great video. DO you have one that shows how to download the information to a Diving Log on our computer?
