i am pretty good at solving cubes but... THIS IS THE BEST TUTORIAL EVER MADE!!! I already watched one tutorial from rubik´s for the 3*3 cube but this is even better!!!!! good work 👌👌👌👏👏👏
@@RaghavSuneja I have no idea what you mean but I’ll simplify it make centers white and yellow than solve the blue green Oragen edges (white) solve centers and edge pair until 3x3 stage than solve like 3x4 with big edges
This was a very clear guide. For those confused youre essentially orienting the center of the cube and aligning it to solve as you would a 3x3 by only moving the edges. Also great presentation explaining the algorithms, really easy to remember
Wow! The best tutorial for 4×4 cube . I was honestly struggling with understanding the other videos but you explain everything very clearly and calmly. Thank you so much ❤❤ Time to checkout your other tutorials
I can't figure out the middle layer at 19:30. I'm using the same technique as 3x3 but when the lower part of the middle swaps out the top middle is removed and vice versa. What am I doing wrong here?
18_5_24, started with 4x4. And after checking several videos, this video gets . my first opinion about the center pieces are explained well with the algorythm
I got to where I can solve it all the way except for the final corner pieces. For some reason no matter what I do I always wind up with 2 that are in each other's place. I didn't learn to solve the corners and then the cross, I learned to solve the second cross, shuffle the corners into place and then flip them upright. Anyone have any tips for this issue?
Every other cuber uses different notations and XYZ conventions. Can’t there be a symposium where one universal convention is officially adopted? (Not suggesting that all heretics should subsequently tied to a giant 3x3 and scrambled, but an official simplified notation would be good imho.) 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼😘
I followed everything, specifically the last algorithm to position the edge pieces correctly AFTER positioning the yellow corner pieces. The end result is a 4x4 cube that is 98% solved with the exception of 2 yellow corner pieces. In other words, the yellow face is complete, but the sides of 2 of those 4 yellow corner pieces are not in the correct spot with respect to the correctly positioned edge pieces. What did I do wrong?! :(
There are a bunch of OLL and PLL parity algorithms that you have to learn. It is the most frustrating because they take a lot of time to learn and only happen like 25% of the time.
You did nothing wrong, To fix this put both unsolved corners in the top layer one on the back right and one on the front right if they are across from each other, and do this algorithm (R U R’ U’ R’ F R2 U’ R’ U’ R U R’ F’) and then do a parity algorithm or if that is to hard then do this algorithm instead (R U R’ F’ R U R’ U’ R’ F R2 U’ R’ U’) If they are diagonally switched then do this algorithm (F R U’ R’ U’ R U R’ F’ R U R’ U’ R’ F R F’)
How is this a full tutorial and you skipped the middle layers and the yellow corners? Luckily I figured out the middle layers can be found in the 3x3 move right or move left Instructions but the yellow corners still have me baffled
yeahhh…everything was clear till the yellow cross. I need a visual presentation on what to do :’) Well, at least, I was able to make it this far. Thanks!

The BEST TUTOR I've listened to!!! Easy pace, clear algorithms, calm. Not trying to show how fast you can do it. You're the BEST!!!🏆

The fact that Max Park solved the 4x4 in 16 seconds is crazy
yea is crazy
Now I’m not saying Rubik’s is bad, but this video demonstrates the quality of their product
Which is still bad lol

Do the shorter parity algorithm
for no parity 1 at step 2 when your doing ones with yellow just do colors or yellow to all.
This is good, but I have the second parity on all sides, how do I fix it?
How do you make the yellow cross..?
you make it like on the 3 by 3
@@shreyadeo8671 but you can’t…?
I think you can't make it because you have an OLL parity.
I need help with the Rubik's Professor 5x5

Thanks 😊

The whole yellow cross won't form sometimes, you will have to use the same algorithm that you use for the 3x3 to make it
