Great looking model love the finish.
Absolutely amazing nicely done thank you for sharing 🙂
Awesome model
Nice work Tom, looks fantastic with all the carbon decals you've added. Nice touch making those semi-gloss instead of high gloss, well done!
Awesome build 😎👍👍
Man what a beauty! It looks sooo so good. I really enjoyed the video. And a good build takes just some time ;) I hope you are doing well and i think i will have to place a order on your shop again!
Ahh, to have a steady hand and good sight again
Love it
Beautiful model
If this was entered in a contest, I wonder how many would notice the wheel difference if you didn't point it out. THAT would be fun to see.
Superbe!!
How do you clean your final paint coat (I use Tamya) before applying clear
Question for you. Would this spray paint process of metallic paint or maybe just a glossy spray coat, stick on a material like G10 polished or polycarbonate polished? I was wondering how to get a corsa rosso red car paint look to a custom slingshot made of g10
I don’t know. I have never tried it on polycarbonate. Or G10
Sorry did you use reducer to the paint?
Yes
I currently use Tamiya Fine Gray Primer in a can and the finish comes out so smooth, but admittedly it goes on pretty thick. I've seen you use Tamiya Gray Primer that comes in a bottle and also Zero Paints Gray Primer. Which one do you recommend?
Tamiya
@@TheScalemodelingChannel Thank you. One other question. I see you using these very flexible sanding pads that are approx 1" square when you sand the primer. Do you cut them out of a bigger sheet? Where can I get some?
@@michaeliaquinta3045 they are cut from a bigger sheet of tamiya sanding sponge. Links are in the video description😉😊
@@TheScalemodelingChannel I found them. Thank you. And thank you so much for all of your videos. I've learned so much from watching them. You're a true master!!
How long should you wait before removing the masking tape ?
Based on my experience,10-20 minutes is best, depend on how thick your paint too i use brush so usually it took 10-20 minutes for all to fully dry, using airbrush make it at least 2x faster to dry.
The sooner the better
@@TheScalemodelingChannel Thank you!
