Young Andris is on another level , I'm addicted to Andy Camarata , Diesel Creek and Derek Bieri , but this young gentleman is on another level , the humour is hilarious , the accent , mannerisms , attitude to authourity, super Mum , super Auntie & Neighbours is up lifting to say the least , this young man , by being himself is someone you'd like to be a neighbour with . This young man deserves to be up there wth the big boys.
Love the finish, it looks really cool. Everything you do is bomb proof. And the sign writing looks amazing, a proper job. Again you haven’t disappointed, a great video. Thank you for brightening my week 👍
Man I have not sleep, it is a little after 12 noon for me in my time zone and I just finished watching "Jesse Muller" 1 hour long video that he posted about 4 hours ago. I was getting ready to go to bed and I see this, Ants Pants with 1 hour long video, man I guess I am not going to bed yet, I need another cup of coffee and some biscuits. I am strong I know I can make it! Hopefully "Andrew Camarata" does not decide to post a video right after I am done watching this one. BTW, What's up Ants! good to see you again!
you need to build a dust collector to put between your tool and your vacuum....it will sabe you hours of cleaning the filter of the vacuum and also maintain more suction which in turn will suck more of the debris....a win win situation
I always enjoy watching you work through problems when they come up, but sometimes I'm starting to think some of your first solutions are silly on purpose. Regardless, your videos are awesome. Thanks Dude.
It is a work bench after all, I hope everyone appreciates the hell you put yourself through to do these videos. Loved the music at the first of the video, shades of some vintage Kraftwerk. Keep on rollin' with the flow. 👍
Andris, thanks man..I “follow” lots of channels, also some of the bigger ones. Yours though, it gives me real joy, even get inspired by you to fix my own things here at the farm. Some of the longer videos I even watched more then once. Too bad your so far away from me, would have loved to buy some firewood from you.
That turned out great!! It will be interesting to see how it holds up over time. We all know how hard you can be on a workshop table when you are working on a new project! But, what the heck, if you mess it up, then you can "fix it", and make a new video for us all.😁
Hi I just got your new show 2 minutes ago and I wach all of your show new and old I really it ok can you do more new show for all of us please we will be waiting for you ok you have a wonderful day and have a good night and day ok I will always praying 🙏 for you and your family and your friends ok and please 🙏 be careful out there ok and please 🙏 be safe 🙏 ok love Lorilee xoxoxoxox
Fantastic video! I love how your work bench turned out. So when you’re using it you can enjoy the beauty of the rocks. I love rocks and I have collected a few that I bring home from places I visit. Sorry about the white stuff coming down that is so weird it’s May it should be done. Thanks for all your hard work bringing us fans great video’s. ✌️ have a great weekend and be safe.. 😊😎
Andris, when you mix epoxy, you have to stir it softly as to not incorporate additional bubbles into the epoxy. The first coat had more initial bubbles because you shook the 2 parts together. When mixing epoxy, it’s best to slowly stir it with a stick, or any method which does not incorporate air into the epoxy. Well done. It looks great. Unfortunately the epoxy will scratch and won’t stay pretty for long. Knowing you, it will stay nice for .0000001 seconds…. 😊
I have seen you having problems with your vacuum several times. You can super improve their performance if you buy some slime filters for a pool and cover the filter. The slime filters are super thin polyester sleeves (kind of like panty hose} than you stretch over the filter. When it gets dirty pull off the sleeve and wash dry and reapply or use another filter. They are super cheap and available wherever pool supplies are sold. If They are unavailable, use a section of panty hose. It works and is much cheaper than the filter.
The best shop-vac tip I ever got was given to me by a commercial dry-waller; Buy a pack of swimming pool "scum socks". Take a sock and put it over your filter once it's clean and attached to the shop vac. Next time you have to clean the shop vac..just take the scum sock off and put a new one on. The filter will still be clean enough that you don't have to blow it out.
Little tip for ur vacuum: I have several similar ones and they all mention in the manual, that for vacuuming little material like sanding dust there must be a vacuum bag installed. The normal filter, the one u unclogged, is only suitable for vacuuming bigger pieces of debris! Dust will clog them up fast.
Man….we need to get you a better vacuum! I have a numatic NVQ-900 with 2x1200watt motors. It sucks so hard dust will fly towards the hose from across the room, black hole mode.
Beautiful work Ants! I love it. What an artist. I love that you said to all of us who have watched you channel for a while that we know all your projects are flawed in some way. Well, they look great to me
i have 3 of those grinders, to keep dust away you need to replace the brushes that keep the unit sealed, i then used a dust extractor unit before the 6HP vacuum i use so the filters on the vacuum does not get clogged in 30secs.. ya still get dust everywhere lol
Hi I really love your tablet looking very Beautiful 😍 🤩 I hope you do more new show for all of us please we will be waiting for you ok I will always praying 🙏 for you and your family and your friends ok 🙏 please be careful out there ok 🙏 and please 🙏 be safe 🙏 ok love Lorilee xoxoxoxox
Mastic strip such as used for caravan panels for sealing. Definitely not hot glue but hey it worked 😮. I thought you were going to use expanding bolts like Rawlbolts. You cannot effectively cut a thread in concrete mate. Those things are pants. Bad idea. You could have used them if you made the hole bigger and set them cement and left it to go off.
I am watching this sunburnt after wonderful day in hot sunshine in my garden in the North of England. It seems strange to think that in Estonia you are still inches deep in snow which is strange as you aren't much further North than I am.
Great work Ant, your videos are always worth the wait no matter how long they are. What some viewers will not appreciate is just how much work goes into making these videos. The camera works, setting each shot up, even the stop starts, and changing batteries, video memory cards, and in some cases, locations. It all takes time. Then, there is the editing, which takes a really long time. All of this while trying to spend time with your wonderful family. Juggling TH-cam time with family time and your job, it's not easy, and some viewers should remember this before leaving unfair comments. I know I've mentioned this before probably 2 years ago, but when you are doing something in your workshop that causes a lot of dust, you really do need to cover up your tools and other stuff. It will save you so much time, cleaning time, time you don't always have. Sorry, that was a lot of time.😂 I like the improvements to your bench and the way you overcame attaching the angle iron. It's a great idea, my idea. I did something similar once about 15 years ago to the edges of 140+ concreat steps in a school. The stick on anti-slip lengths just peeled off, making it dangerous to walk up and fown the stairs. So, i came up with the same idea as you, but my angle iron had an anti-slip design built into each length on one side when it was made in the foundry. Then, a self levelling mix, similar to apoxy, was pored to level off each step to within 2mm of the top of each steel strip, and it's still standing strong as of 3 months ago when i attended the schoolto give thrm a quotefor another job we started last week. This time, we are building two new steel fire escapes 18 metres tall. As for the apoxy fill. What you should have done is use a specialised apoxy first coat. It's called deep pour. It reaches into the depths of the smallest of holes, cracks, and crevices to seal up and prevent any air from coming through the rock, concreteor morta. Then you could have used quick dry pour, which would have had zero air bubbles. You should watch videos by 'Total Boat' on TH-cam. They are providers of everything apoxy and know about different techniques, what and where to use differenttypes of apoxy. Drying times per coat and what or how to achieve the best finish. Remember that for next time. So what's next? When are you going to start building your new wooden sawmilling shed? We're in May already, and you said you would start it in the spring of this year. So what's stopping you? See you next week, Ant, enjoy the rest of your weekend.👍😁🏴⚒️
Just a heads up, it would be a good idea to blow out the inside of the grinder every once in a while. The dust really takes a beating on the thing that the brushes brush against. One of ours got eaten up really bad and was just unsalvageable.
That YATO spool sucks, developed a leak after a year internally. all plastic, difficult to repair(due to being plastic), maybe some new seals but.... is it worth it :)
That is a very cool work bench you have there. When working on anything heavy you can always throw down a piece of plywood to cover and keep it looking good. Eventually though you will get some scratches but...who else has a kool table in your area. Cheers from Canada.
Andris, that table has come up a treat, well done young fella. Love the Ant Pants welded on the front, adds a touch of class. Have a good weekend mate.
I liked the part where the mess went to total disaster zone😂 You can still cover with a steel plate after all and uncover only when you want to see it👍😁 a big hug bro, I think you taken the youtuber work in the wrong way😶😁😁
Alternatively you could go with a wet wheel. Plus, no dust and cuts much faster. Minus, floor, walls and ceiling rock sludge. Those super shiny epoxy granite countertops are wet wheel finished. BTW, take the catch bag in the vacuum outside and beat it with a stick for about a half hour.
Welding table, leave it as is as you will weld stuff to it for fixturing. As most just keep it smooth, knock the weld lumps off it and clean and rust free so you can weld to it easily.
Not that your table is a Persian rug, but, for imperfections: "Deliberately, if necessary, it must show some defect, in proof that Allah alone is perfect." Thanks for posting.
A fine sanding and then use a buffer on the epoxy to buff out the scratches this should make it shiny then use a light top coat of epoxy then buff again should be all good and beautiful
