It is rare that people commit their time and knowledge for the sake of helping others, but you are one of them. My appreciation and respect are all I have to say. thank you🙏🙏🙏
Hi Yasin. Thanks for the informative post. When testing the proportional hazards assumption of multivariable Cox regression using the command "estat phtest, rank details", you said that the p-value should be insignificant for all variables. However, in the example you gave, the p-value is significant for weight (0.0441) after specifying categorical variables as categorical. I've got a similar result when analysing my own data. Is this a problem?
I think all the content and my concern were covered by your video thanks again. but is SPSS is better? is it possible to do with SPSS? because the commands was somewhat tricky. if the assumption failed (especially the parametric one-3),how it could be proceed? shall it be transform? thank you$$$
it is not possible to do all the assumption using SPSS, you can also check using R software.Ofcourse you can transform for continuous varibles. Still the assumption is faild, you will shift to AFT(Accelerated failure time model)
Survival data analysis is my interesting point, thank You for such a presentation on time.
