Thanks for making another video cooking on this gem. That looked fantastic! I believe I mentioned in a previous comment that my girlfriend has a PK Grill from 1972 and I've been working on it per your restoration video on this grill. We've done some amazing cooks on it.....all smoked. We'll have to give this one a try soon. Keep that PK Grill in the rotation ;-)
I look forward for your reaction, I love your enthusiasm. I searched for this video to see what the PK is about. I didn't see much to draw me away from a kettle. Unless I suppose I found one locally for a great price
Always enjoy watching you cook on the PK. “Ribeye” well yes the pork loin is adjacent to the ribs. However, using beef terminology to describe a pork cut is an obvious marketing ploy. Looked good anyway especially with the bacon weave.
Hi Tom great video. Im thinking of purchasing a pk grill. Just wandering what size roast would comfortably cook in one. I mainly do steak, roasts and beef and pork ribs. Usually only cook for 3, so im thinking it will be big enough. Also how do you compare it with the weber kettle? I appreciate your videos and your knowledge. Thanks Fitzy from Australia.
Tom Horsman Hah, I know the kettle could be improved, but I have yet to see another company compete on its flaws, unfortunately. Too bad, cuz I’d buy it.
I do love your video's Tom! That bacon weave was a work of art!
Thanks for Watching Steve! If I can do it so can you!
I love your grill collection...now that's a sandwich.
Thank you Ray! It’s my life long dream! I appreciate you Watching and commenting!

Thanks Kent! It is a tank!
Haven’t seen the pk lately. Great looking sandwich.
Thanks Ryan! It was about time...
A Weber, an Old Smokey, and the PK. That’s all you need to know about charcoal grills. Have the first two, getting a PK soon.
I agree! Thanks for Watching!

Thanks Big Lew! Yes, a marketing ploy indeed! I enjoyed your interview last night! Nicely done!
Tom Horsman Thanks for watching, I told my sad PK story!

Thanks for watching Paul! The PK is better than the Weber when it comes to indirect cooking

Thanks for the quick reply Tom. I know the pk does amazing steaks. I will try and find one here in Australia. Cheers Paul
What did you do to get the finish of the PK like that? It looks a little pewter like..... Nice cook!!
Thanks for Watching! I didn’t do anything other than clean it up
I forgot you had the PK. I’ve always wanted one of those. Great looking roast Tom.
Thanks Bill! I appreciate you Watching and commenting!
The HAND that cooks. Have we ever seen your face?
Thanks for watching Fred! You have not...
Let’s say you have one grill, Tom. Which one is it? Mine is the Weber Kettle all day long.
Thanks for Watching! Too hard of a question to answer.....
Tom Horsman Hah, I know the kettle could be improved, but I have yet to see another company compete on its flaws, unfortunately. Too bad, cuz I’d buy it.
Pork on pork. YUMM!!
Thanks Jack!
PK All Day.
I Agree! Thanks for Watching!
The one grill I wish I had is a PK cooker. That is something different but sounds delicious
Thanks Louis! It was delicious!
Louis, I'm doing homework for a grill choice, what draws you to a PK
