This was a good island choice because not only did you get the heart pond and frog starter (and I'm not sure if you noticed at any point cause I haven't finished the stream just yet, I'm currently 40 minutes in) but your airport IS also lined up with your resident services like you wanted. You thought it was slightly off-center when looking at the map, but the dock is on the left of the airport, so since it's slightly off-center to the right, the dock now lines up perfectly with the center of your resident services.

24:00 just for future reference, there are only 4 maps that can have RS and Airport lining up perfectly and top left is actually one of them, except you got unlucky and it generated the airport in the wrong spot :c And of course the one you ended up picking at 36:10 is another one! The other two have one of the river mouths on the West side. There are no island with an East-facing river mouth that can have RS and the airport lining up perfectly. I actually have the same map as this one! And I also got pears, haha.
