Our kiddos joined us for a short weekend in LA to go to the Nickelodeon's Kid Choice Awards. We didn't win. But it was such an honor to even be nominated. Our kids did end up getting a little slimy surprise at the end of the week!
We hope you enjoy this video of our kids performing in their first school talent show. We sure did and will treasure this video forever! I'm sure we'll see a lot more breakdancing Manilla in our future.

I love seeing Manilla and Dorthy being brave enough to show off who they are! The little smiles; it's like they are discovering their own confidence and how amazing they are, especially with people they love supporting them.
I for one just appreciate how open you are with the fact that you have a team and just how many they are. It takes a lot to maintain what you have, the business you built.

Manila is quite the little dancer and he and Dorothy did so well at their Talent show. I wish I had their confidence even now and I’m 46. I just never had that kinda confidence. It’s a testament to your parenting.It’s unfortunate you didn’t win the kids choice awards but certainly a fun experience…there’s always next year.Looks like you had a great work trip.If all employers ran their businesses more like that and treated their employees like you do we’d live in a much happier & productive world & people probably would be less stressed in their jobs.Have missed seeing your vlog so it was a nice surprise to see your video pop up😊

Be careful dealing with that industry, especially nickelodeon. They are known to have too many unsavory things happen to children.
It has been such a joy over the years watching this family, this last vlog really kind of bothered me.. There seems to be this kind of unreality as to what's going on in the world especially in this United States.. Watching biblical prophecy come to pass.. And it's almost like you are all in la la land.. I'm wondering if and when the Rapture happens and probably sooner than not if you're ready.. Just being good, are good workers or having money origin being kind to one another isn't the answer. Are you preparing your team to be Rapture Ready are you giving glory to the king of glory are you prepared.. And we pray against homosexual and lesbian spirits that are trying to attack wholesome families.. in Jesus mighty name.

The talent show part made me cry I’ve been growing up with these kids and I think it’s really emotional just to see them being passionate about something they love and the nervousness and the excitement in there eyes is just so special!

always a great video. seeing every member of the family. The kids reactions to the slime - priceless. No one cried, the two boys were a bit oblivious at first and hardly phased them. Jess commented on how the kids had the confidence to perform in the talent show and how she wouldn't have at their age. Well, these kids have been raised to do whatever their heart tells them they can and to just do it. Swim with whales, sharks or sea lions. Get out in the wild with Rhinos, feed giraffes breakfast.... something like a school talent show would be NO Big Deal after all that! lol
