Well, they're from a Shadow Warrior mod. They don't look out of place in that game at all, but when it comes to Doom they don't mesh that well.

I'm searching for this mod for (literally) years until TH-cam recommend in my feed a random video about it , this mod is amazing (and the expansion are more amazing)
Old mods like this are amazing , hope you can show more of this old mods showcase

iirc the sprites are from a Shadow Warrior mod named "Last Warrior", I could be wrong about the name but I'm very confident on it being from a SW mod.

Yep, you're right. I went looking and the sprites in Last Warrior match these to a T.

We need WAY more melee weapons in doom, with dashes and parries as secondary fire modes, it totally changes the feel of the game when you have to get in close, and feels so satisfying.

Probably a cow heart or something. It looks too real to be a prop of some kind.
