- Bowlingdigital.com presents its third video from the 2013 WTBA Bowling World Championships at Sunset Station's Strike Zone in Henderson, Nev. This video focuses on the hand position and ball release of the male bowlers and the various styles and different lines played by the bowlers from 36 countries. The high definition video was recorded in high shutter speed recording, which is suitable for recording a fast-moving object at speed up to 160km/h and playing it back in still mode.
Very well done. I also like the focus on the release, not just these people throwing strikes. Calming music, too.
I liked the forward/backward/forward aspect of most of the releases in order to fully analyze them.
Great Job!
Amazing video. Love how we are able to see the release
Awesome video whoever put this together, love the music and editing and shutter speed recording; it does make for a great HD still. The very last shot was cool as you could see the oil track on the ball building up clearly as it flared going down the lane. If we can continue to make videos about bowling poetic like this, the sport will always have a future.
This shows just how beautiful our game is....
Very well done, with great quality of video.Thank you
Very helpful...The only suggestion I could make is backing out a little so we can see what their wrist is doing.
Mike Fagan has the perfect release.
Nice video!
Great video ... but ... really. I just watched it 2 times in a row
What's this music? Beautiful stuff there..
Great video. Is there a video that shows what arrow the bowlers aim at and hand release? Something I want to know.
Several folks have asked for the name of the music. We would appreciate someone identifying the song.
who is the last bowler? love his release so much
Wish there wasn't so much time between the players throwing the ball. It seems that half of this video is just watching them react to how they threw it, in slow motion if i might add...
Song names anyone?
Does anyone know what the two songs are in the video? Shazam and Soundsound can't find them...
Great video, I just wish every shot had included each player's backswing as well (like the first guy), I'm working on that and how it relates to my release so I find seeing it in slow motion and HD VERY helpful.
was that Mike Fagan i saw?
Why do the men look so depressed after making a strike?
They are just focused mentally. They don't want to get too excited too early in the qualifying matches. A lot of games to bowl.
risoluzione dell'immagine e messa a fuoco favolosi complimenti !!! potrei sapere con che telecamera avete realizzato i filmati?
At 10:50 what ball was Tommy Jones throwing??
It wasn't on his ball list for the WTBA.
What camera did you use to shoot the video? Nice job by the way.
Ron Clifton
may i know what is the name for the first music?
what shoes are those at 4:30?
Well said
SONGNAME please?
where is walter ray?
This video should've been entitled, Plant & Pull. Guess the modern day equipment doesn't necessitate prior skill levels.
I want a high speed camera! What are you using?
Awesome video. Love it! Thx
Btw,@7.23- is that Mika Koivuniemi on the Danmark team?!
Just as a coach
Does anyone know what's this first song's name?
No
Please! Someone?
Darude - Sandstorm
Cool
love it
Tanulmányozom!--Fiammal versenyzek!
Venezuelan Guy?... nice!
bowling
see it pick up the oil at 13:07
Wow :( I can do better
Give these youngsters some Old Rubber balls like we had and bowl on lanes that had the oil sprayed with a hand sprayer and inbetween leagues they dust mopped the lanes!!! Then lets see what you can do!!!! Ha! Conditions have changed dramatically. You were a dam good bowler of you averaged 200 back then. Today, you can average 200 with ease.
Cool
