Maybe Roman and Rio are twins but Paris was the baby that hospital replaced Roman with cause i think the woman stole Roman ,thats why she said she should have took him & Rio cause she just took one of the twins and not the other ,and the hospital could have covered it up by replacing missing baby(Roman) with Paris but only thing that will mess that theory up is if the Chippy knew she had 2 boys or she was having Triplets they like to throw twists and turns so im excited to see
